RESERVATIONS & DEPOSIT
A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation cost is required to confirm the reservation. Within 7 days of verbal, e-mail or fax accommodation requested or the reservation will be considered void.
The balance is due 45 days prior to the arrival date. Any reservation made within 45 days prior to arrival date must be paid in full.
A confirmation will be sent upon receipt of final payment. A 200 usd or equivalent fully returnable security deposit will be collected at check-in for loss or damages. Only cash will be accepted.
PRICES are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are CASH prices, Credit Card
Transactions are +3%. 12% tax is not included, subject to change without prior notice.

LOW SEASON, Cancellations made (30) days before arrival date are entitled to a 90%
refund. HIGH SEASON & ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS, Cancellations made (60) days before arrival date are entitled to a 90% refund.
Cancellations made between 1 or 29 days in low season and/or 1 or 59 days in high season and major holidays are not subject to refunds.
Client accepts that refunds may be subject to a bank or mail commission and or expenses.
